15 -Minute Teriyaki Salmon

My go-to recipe will always be this quick and easy 15-minute teriyaki salmon, especially after a quick workout or when I forget to plan (it happens to us all). The secret to perfectly cooked salmon is pat-drying the salmon and cooking the salmon skin side down that way we reach a crispy texture. I have recently discovered air-frying therefore I pretty much air-fry everything and anything that fits in there (I know I am late to the game but an air-fryer is life-changing). Air-frying salmon is so simple and by far the best way to reach a moist interior and a crispy exterior.

Putting together this teriyaki sauce is effortless, all ingredients are placed in a saucepan over medium heat until the constancy of the soy sauce begins to thicken (no more than 4-5 mins). It is then poured right over the air fried salmon fillets and garnished with fresh green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
